CitySports Foundation continues its mission to empower the youth through sports by donating a variety of sports equipment to Coker Secondary School in Surulere. This event, aimed at fostering sports inclusion and encouraging active participation in sports among students, was led by Seyi Akinlaja, Operations Manager of the foundation, alongside CitySports FC Team Manager Obinor Chinedu.
The donation, which included footballs, jerseys, and training gear, is part of the foundation’s broader initiative to promote physical education and instill leadership qualities in young athletes. Speaking at the event, Seyi Akinlaja emphasized the importance of equipping schools with the necessary tools to nurture talent from an early age. Obinor Chinedu echoed these sentiments, encouraging the students to take full advantage of the resources and develop their sports skills.
